Allison Wyngaardt is a PhD candidate under the SARChI Chair on the Sociology of Land, Environment and Sustainable Development. She will explore the extent to which large-scale astronomy projects support and facilitate the advancement of STEM education in the Northern Cape. Allison is in the proposal stage of her PhD.
